Your journey to wellness begins with our Discovery Call. A member of our staff will help you take the first step to a healther, happier you. We will listen to your story and based on review of symptoms and your wellness goals, you will receive a lab requisition for comprehensive blood testing. Approximately two weeks after your bloodwork is complete, you will meet with our medical providers to discuss your results and next steps.

Comprehensive Medical Assessment

A qualified medical provider will review your laboratory results and discuss your medical history and current symptoms. Our approach recognizes that your health history, symptoms, and quality of life changes are equally important to lab results in identifying root causes and developing effective treatment solutions tailored to your individual needs.

Comprehensive Lab Panel
