What Is Halotherapy?
The beautiful salt walls set the mood. The halogenerator creates the halotherapy experience.
Halotherapy, sometimes called dry salt therapy, takes place in an active salt room where a halogenerator processes salt into fine, dry particles and disperses them into the air during your session.
At Enjoy Wellness, you simply settle into your lounger, breathe normally and relax while the halogenerator operates in the background.

Not every room with Himalayan salt is an active halotherapy room. Himalayan salt walls create the distinctive atmosphere of our space, while the halogenerator is the equipment responsible for dispersing dry salt aerosol into the room during an active halotherapy session.

DRESS COMFORTABLY
Wear clothing that allows you to relax comfortably in your SVAGO zero-gravity lounger.
BREATHE NORMALLY
If you are feeling unwell, have a fever or may be contagious, please reschedule your session rather than attending the salt room.
There are no special breathing exercises required. Once the session begins, simply recline, breathe normally and relax.
